A total body work out that includes cardio and strength training with hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and steps ... al to maximize your body’s potential. This class will help you build strength and endurance, while toning your body – all without adding bulk. A great work out for all ages and fitness levels.

Tuesday and Thursday, 6:15 am - 7:00 am and 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
