Born in Paris 41 years ago, Jean-Sebastien now calls Longwood, FL home, along with his 12 years old daughter, Camille.
Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Business and Communication, he is a US nationally certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Professionals Association, a certified weight Management instructor (IFPA) and also certified as a youth soccer coach by the French Federation of Soccer and has completed CPR & AED with American Heart Association.
A fan of sports, Jean-Sebastien is a confirmed and competitive runner from 5K to marathon. Besides his personal training activities he also teaches cycling classes and helps runners in fitness training and recovery as a FIT advisor for Fleet Feet Sports Orlando.

Steve is the Team’s hands-on athletic trainer who specializes in athlete strengthening and personal fitness. Steve is a nationally certified athletic trainer with over 17 years of experience in athletic development, injury prevention, and sports injury rehabilitation. He has also studied advanced performance training and received his certification as a Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Steve is a University of Florida graduate with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. With over 10 years of competitive running and multi-sport competition, including being named a 2 time USA Triathlon All American.

Jason is a certified personal trainer based out of Orlando, Florida. He holds Bachelors degrees in Exercise Science and Nutritional Chemistry. Over the past 12 years, Jason has dedicated himself to developing and implementing challenging and innovative strength, fitness, and nutrition programs.
Jason's diverse client list includes everyone from children to senior citizens to professional athletes and MMA fighters. With such a varied clientele, it is very important that every client has a personalized training program and meal plan that is designed to fit their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. When you combine this professional attention to detail with an upbeat, energetic atmosphere and an injection of fun into your workout, you have a plan that will lead to long term success.
Jason is a former NCAA college football player and current North American Strongman competitor. Throughout his life, he has devoted himself to the constant study of the very changing fields of health, fitness and nutrition. Whenf he is not training clients or lecturing, Jason enjoys being active, volunteering, riding motorcycles or spending time with family, friends and his Siberian Huskies.

Charlene (Cha Cha) has an extensive background in the field of health, fitness, and personal training... and satisfied clients who show results. Cha Cha can guide you through an exercise program safely and effectively, whether it involves weight training, cardiovascular fitness, or nutritional planning it is in a positive, supportive environment.
With a Bachelor of Science from a private college, Ambassador University, Pasadena, CA and many Nutrition and Human Anatomy classes, Cha Cha has continued her education in health and fitness. She has also participated in a National Competition, America Fitness and an NPC Figure Show in Culver City, CA. Cha Cha says “I have learned that staying active and eating clean keeps me healthy and full of energy.”
Charlene has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. Sports and Fitness has been her life since she was very young, including being a Collegiate Cheerleader and on the Gymnastics Exhibition Team. She has also participated and coached many sports such as basketball, volleyball, track and swimming as well as cheerleading. Dance is her hobby and passion. When she’s not training you can often find her enjoying ballroom dancing, west coast swing, country and western dance, clogging, line-dancing. She has even participated on a hip-hop dance team.

There’s nothing I love better then living an active and healthy lifestyle. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with others so they can do the same. During my service in the United States Navy I was part of the medical/rehabilitation support team for the elite US NAVY SEAL’s. There I also trained alongside them. I not only learned how to be the best of the best but to also train those who want to be the best of the best. My medical experience dates back to 2007 giving me an edge on how to understand how the body works and how to keep it healthy.
